Refund and cancellation policy

Access is digital and starts immediately after payment, so we do not normally offer refunds once a paid mock has been started.

If you were charged but access did not activate, or you were charged twice, write to us within 7 days with your payment ID and we will activate access or refund the duplicate within 7 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
